Dental at Lennox provide Lennox Head dental patients with a modern dental surgery, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
Each surgery is fitted with an entertainment unit overhead, so our patients can relax during treatment.
MEET OUR TEAM
Dr Michael Lamantia (BDENT SYD)
Principal Dentist/Owner
Dr Michael Lamantia graduated from the University of Sydney and was honoured to receive the Dr John Mayne Prize for Excellence in Endodontics.
He has a special interest in Endodontics, Oral Surgery & Dental Implantology and has pursued extensive continuing education courses in both fields to further enhance his skills.
Dr Michael moved to the Northern Rivers in 2015 and worked with NSW Health Dental Clinics in Ballina, Goonellabah and Casino (including dentistry under General Anaesthetic) and worked in private practice in Alstonville before transitioning full time into private practice at Riverwalk Dental, Ballina and now at Dental at Lennox, Lennox Head.
In 2019, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology from Charles Sturt University.
Michael takes great pride in delivering clinical excellence whilst ensuring patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their treatment experience. He thoroughly enjoys being a dentist in the Northern Rivers and treating patients within the local community.
Hollie Jarrett
Hollie Jarrett joined our practice in 2008 after graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Oral Health Therapy. She achieved the number one ranking in both academic excellence and clinical skills of her cohort.
Hollie also completed a Masters in Health Services Management through Griffith University graduating in 2016, which has provided her with additional dental care knowledge.
Most recently, Hollie has completed studies for Advanced Clinical Practice through The University of Sydney. This course broadens Hollie’s scope of practice for the adult patient. As a valued member of our professional team, she is able to treat the dental needs of all ages. Her main focus as part of our team is the dental maintenance of our patients with regular check-ups, x-rays, scaling, cleaning and restorations (fillings).
Hollie thoroughly enjoys approaching dental care from a preventative aspect as it can result in not only improved oral health outcomes, but improved general health. Being a true local of this area born and raised on the family property in Bangalow.
Having grown up around horses, being involved in mainly cutting and camp drafting. She is also a keen soccer player, captaining the Bangalow Women’s Premier Division team to four straight premierships and also had a stint playing with Gold Coast United.
